SYSTEMATIC BUSINESS MODEL DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMISATION: FACTORS FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE HIDDEN CHAMPIONS

Interactive presentation

In the interactive event “Systematic business model development and optimisation: factors for the success of the hidden champions”, we would like to give you ideas and suggestions for the systematic development and optimisation of business models on the basis of the Business Model CANVAS and taking the approach of hidden champions as an example.

Contents

Often as a result of new technologies and/or new or tightening markets, companies nowadays frequently no longer compete on the traditional level of products, services or value-added processes, but ultimately on the level of business models.  Thus, hidden champions, for example, are continuously working on business model strategies and innovations, with the goal of being able to offer completely new competitive advantages. For them, the focus is on the question of how they can satisfy the requirements of their customers and offer them benefits.

FEEDBACK FROM PARTICIPANTS

Norbert Pesch,  U+P Systemhaus GmbH, Cologne: “I particularly liked your presentation – due to the workshop character and the motley mix of sectors. It is always remarkable how a wide range of enterprises follow identical approaches during the development of their business models. And KeTu consult has a fantastic tool in its programme precisely for this. The trip to Montabaur was definitely worth it for me, and I will certainly attend one of the other presentations.”

Alexander Kaczmarek, KONZEPTUM GmbH, Koblenz: “I personally really liked both the professional execution of the event in the form of an interactive workshop and the prestigious venue itself. As well as a lot of support for my current actions, I was able to take a number of new found insights away with me. This was, therefore, an excellent investment of my time.”
