We accompany, advise and guide our clients enduringly and successfully through all the phases of our joint project – as a consultant, professional coach, project manager and/or interim manager. As part of our growth, we are looking for a (senior) consultant (m/f) for the area of sales consulting to start at the earliest possible date.


  • Conception and implementation of challenging sales projects
  • Analysis and optimisation of sales strategies, concepts, organisations and processes
  • Management of subprojects
  • Project-related assumption of managerial/operational sales activities
  • Development of new client relationships within the framework of client acquisition measures
  • Identification of the commercial potential of existing client relations
  • Active participation in the development and extension of the area of “sales consulting”


  • Very good university or university of applied sciences qualification in Engineering Management, Business Administration (with a focus on marketing/sales) or in the disciplines of Mechanical Engineering, IT and Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Proficiency in the creation and/or implementation of sales concepts
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a “hands-on mentality” during implementation
  • Great commitment, good ability to work under pressure and a high level of assertiveness
  • Project management experience
  • Good communication skills and convincing manner
  • Pronounced verbal and written fluency of expression
  • Good English skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • Team-oriented
