Before you ask – we have not yet climbed an eight-thousand metre mountain.

Even though our team does not consist of passionate mountaineers, we are able to identify directly with the challenge which K2 or Ketu, as it is called in the local language Urdu, poses for people. Ascending its 8611 metres is a task which is not easy, but is nevertheless tremendously fascinating and rewarding – when you have reached the summit and can enjoy the magnificent view. Our passion lies in the provision of efficient advice to companies and company owners and the joint development of viable concepts and individual solutions for achieving the desired results together.

We are mountain guides in the service of our clients – we find the optimal paths and accompany you along them until the specified goal – the cross on the summit – is reached.


In 2011, Thomas Kaleja – after many years of successful work in sales and management in various medium-sized enterprises – founded KeTu consult with the objective of supporting companies and company owners when they are facing complex challenges which have little to do with their day-to-day business and their actual core competency, but are decisive for the success of the business. Since then, the KeTu team as accompanied companies through all the phases of operation – from analysis to conception and realisation – as a “mountain guide” and has acted as a consultant, coach and/or interim manager depending on requirements.

On a company level: business model optimisation and sustainable positioning of companies on the market.

In the area of sales: achievement of increases in turnover whilst optimising cost structures at the same time.


People and companies have individual values and objectives. In the “base camp”, which is set up in collaboration with the employees and the company, we start by analysing the company’s current situation and defining the tasks.


On the basis of the analysis, we work with our client to work out a project goal, the path to get there and a time frame which will allow us to reach the summit together.


On the way to the milestones, it is important to keep the group together and to motivate it. This includes regular reporting and an evaluation of the initiated optimisation processes.


Milestones make it possible to make any necessary price adjustments in good time.


The project goal has been reached and the most important stage of the “expedition” completed. KeTu consult remains on board as a mountain guide until the summit is reached and takes responsibility for the project.


After the goal has been reached, it is important to continue to successfully utilise the processes and measures defined during the ascent. Here too, we support our clients with a lot of expertise.
